- 請參賽者於發表時程提前至少 20 分鐘至理學院 1 樓報到台完成報到並存取簡報檔案。
Please arrive at least 20 minutes earlier before your presentation time to receive your conference kit and provide your presentation file. - 每位參賽者之發表時間合計為 20 分鐘 (14 分鐘報告 + 6 分鐘問答),為確保競賽公平性,工作人員將嚴格控管每位參賽者之發表時間 (現場備響鈴提醒)。
Each presenter will have a 20-minute presentation (14 mins talk + 6 mins Q&A). The staff will control the time strictly with a bell onsite. - 當日評分完畢後,將於隔日通知各主題得獎者,頒獎典禮將訂於 3 月 12 日。
You will be notified on March 11 once the awards are decided; the awarding ceremony will be held on March 12.
